Do I have to sign up after the Health MOT?

The Health MOT gives the best picture of where you're at. With your results we'll be able to recommend how we can help and support you moving forwards. We'll only that if we can help and if you want our help.

You're free to take what you learn and work on it yourself or you can work with us in one of our programmes.

What if I've never been in the gym before?

Many of our ladies have never been in the gym before, it's why everyone starts with a Health MOT. So you don't feel out of your depth, so the team can meet you and learn more about you. When you train with us you're never left to your own devices.

Where is it?

We're located on Portrack Lane. Near Starbuck and Jump 360.

What if I can't do something?

The Health MOT tells us where you're starting from. When you train with us every session is coach led. They'll check your notes and adapt the session to suit you. So you can progress at your own pace with confidence.

What if I have arthritis?

Even if you’ve been told you have arthritis, we can still help. The Health MOT is about looking at your pain and movement so that we can outline a plan of action for you move forward safely with what's right for you.

What if exercise has made my knee bad before?

A lot of ladies come after trying exercise that wasn’t right for them. The Health MOT helps find the right starting point for you, so that you feel safe and confident knowing you're getting stronger and protecting your body.
