Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by Infinity Personal Training Ltd (“Infinity”, “we”, “us”) and You (“the Client”). By paying for the Health MOT, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

1. What the Health MOT Includes

1.1 The Health MOT is a one-off assessment designed to give you a clear picture of your current health, fitness and mobility.

1.2 The Health MOT includes:

  • A full lifestyle questionnaire

  • A coached movement screen

  • Mobility + flexibility assessment

  • Basic strength and functional tests

  • A body composition assessment

  • Personal report with recommendations

  • A personalised action plan

  • A consultation with an Infinity coach

1.3 The Health MOT is a standalone service.
It does not commit you to joining any Infinity programme.

1.4 After completing the assessment, if we feel we can genuinely help you achieve your goals safely and effectively, you may be invited to join one of our coaching programmes.
You are under no obligation to join.

2. Purpose of the Health MOT (IMPORTANT)

2.1 The Health MOT is an assessment, not a medical consultation.

2.2 It is not designed to diagnose injuries, illnesses or health conditions.

2.3 The results and recommendations must not be used as a substitute for medical advice.

2.4 If you have any concerns about pain, injury, dizziness, blood pressure, or any health condition, you must seek medical advice from a GP or health professional.

3. Health & Medical Declaration

3.1 By attending the Health MOT, you confirm that:

  • You are fit to take part in light physical assessments

  • You have disclosed any relevant injuries, pains or medical conditions

  • You will follow the coach’s instructions at all times

  • You will stop immediately if you feel unwell, in pain, or unsafe

  • You understand that exercise carries inherent risks

3.2 You understand that you are voluntarily participating in this assessment and accept responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing throughout.

3.3 You confirm that all information provided during screening, questionnaires, and consultation is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Digital Notes, Video Screening & Photo Consent

4.1 As part of the assessment and coaching process, Infinity may collect:

  • Digital session notes

  • Video clips for movement screening and technique

  • Optional before/after photos (for progress tracking only)

4.2 These recordings and notes are stored securely for coaching and audit purposes.

4.3 These may be used to educate others, for example; showing others common problems that might cause pain and mobility issues. Any recordings used for educational purposes will never include your name, face, or any identifying features unless you give explicit written permission.

4.4 We will never share your before/after photos without your explicit consent. 

You may request deletion of any non-essential recordings at any time (see GDPR section).

5. Liability (Within UK Law)

5.1 Infinity does not exclude liability where we are negligent.

5.2 You participate at your own risk when:

  • Not following instructions

  • Performing movements against advice

  • Training unsupervised outside the assessment

5.3 You are responsible for informing the coach immediately if something feels unsafe.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 The fee Health MOT is payable upfront at the time of booking.

6.2 Appointments are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Because this is a scheduled appointment and allocated coach time, the fee is non-refundable once the Health MOT has been delivered.

7.2 If you need to reschedule:

  • You may reschedule once if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a £20 fee.

  • Non-attendance (“no shows”) are non-refundable.

7.3 Late Arrival Policy - If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the session may be cancelled and counted as a completed appointment. In this case, the fee is non-refundable.

7.4 If you are unwell or medically unable to attend, Infinity may, at its discretion, reschedule your appointment without charge.

8. No Guarantee of Coaching Programme Offer

8.1 The Health MOT does not guarantee that Infinity will offer you a place in our coaching programme.

8.2 We only work with clients we genuinely believe we can help safely and effectively.

8.3 If we feel our programme is not the right fit for you, we will tell you honestly and respectfully and may recommend alternative options.

9. Data Protection & GDPR

9.1 Infinity Personal Training Ltd complies with all GDPR regulations.

9.2 Personal data, screening notes, and recordings are stored securely and used solely for coaching and service delivery.

9.3 You may request access to, or deletion of, non-essential personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].

9.4 Data essential for legal, safety, or insurance reasons may need to be retained for a minimum period as required by law.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

10.1 Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other members.

10.2 Infinity reserves the right to refuse service or end the appointment if behaviour is abusive, threatening or unsafe.

10.3 No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Infinity may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time for legal, safety or operational reasons. Any significant changes that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to you in writing.

12. Governing Law

12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
