Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Infinity Mobility Workshop, a one-off, in-person group session run by Infinity Personal Training Ltd trading as Infinity ("Infinity", "we", "us").

They sit alongside our main Terms & Conditions and form part of the same agreement. Where the 2 differ on anything to do with the workshop, these terms apply.

By booking a place you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

01What This Covers

The Mobility Workshop is a single, dated, in-person group session held at our Stockton gym. The date, start time, length and price are shown on the booking page at the time you book.

These terms cover that session only. Any coaching programme or membership you start with us afterwards is covered by our main Terms & Conditions.

02Who Can Attend

You must be 18 or over. Anyone aged 16 to 17 may attend only with written parental consent.

This is a hands-on movement session. You need to be able to stand, walk and move about unaided for the length of the session. Chairs and rest breaks are available throughout.

If you are not sure it is right for you, message us before you book and we will help you work it out. We may decline or refund a booking where taking part would present an unreasonable health or safety risk.

03Health & Medical Declaration

By booking a place you confirm that:

you are physically capable of taking part in light exercise
you have told us about any relevant injury, condition, recent surgery or medication
you will follow coach instructions on the day
you will stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unsafe.

The workshop is education and coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy, and it does not replace advice from your GP or clinician. If you are under care for a condition, check with them before you book.

04What The Workshop Is

A group session where we look at how you move, explain why stiffness and pain build up over time, coach you through movement in small groups, and give you a clear outline of what to do next.

It is not a one-to-one personal training session, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. We cannot and do not promise any specific physical result. What people get out of it varies from person to person.

05Places, Booking & Payment

Places are strictly limited and allocated in the order they are paid for. Your place is not held until payment has cleared.

Payment is taken in full, up front, by card. The price is the one shown on the booking page at the time you book.

06If You Can't Make It

The workshop is a leisure event held on a specific date. Because of that, the usual 14 day right to cancel an online purchase does not apply (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28). Your payment is non-refundable.

We would rather you got something for your money, so if you tell us at least 7 days before the session, you can choose one of the following:

move your payment onto the next Mobility Workshop we run
put it as credit towards an Infinity Kickstart, and we will personally walk you through what we do and how we help
pass your place to somebody else. Just send us their name and email.

Inside 7 days, or if you simply do not turn up, we cannot fill the place at that notice and the payment is not transferable.

Illness or a genuine emergency, get in touch as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can.

07The Satisfaction Guarantee

If you attend the full session and honestly do not feel it was worth it, message Warren by the Monday after the workshop and we will refund your payment in full. No argument.

This is a promise about the session you attended. It is not a cancellation right. If you do not attend, section 06 applies instead.

08If We Move Or Cancel

If we have to reschedule, you can move to the new date or take a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If we cancel the session altogether, you get a full refund.

09On The Day

Please arrive at the time given in your confirmation, and wear something you can move about in.

Work at your own level and never beyond what is comfortable. Follow coach instructions and be respectful of the other people in the room.

We may ask anyone to leave for unsafe, disruptive or unreasonable behaviour. In that case no refund is due.

10Photos, Video & Recording

We often take photos and video during sessions for coaching, marketing and social media.

If you would rather not appear, tell a coach on the day and we will keep you out of shot. If you change your mind later, email [email protected] and we will take it down.

Please do not photograph or film other attendees without their permission.

11Your Data

Your booking details and anything you tell us about your health are held and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

Health information is used only to run the session safely and is not shared outside our coaching team.

12Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, you take part at your own risk, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your place.

13Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this page at the moment you book is the version that applies to your booking.

14Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15Acceptance Of Terms

By booking a place on the Mobility Workshop you confirm that:

you meet the attendance and health requirements above
you understand your payment is non-refundable if you cannot attend
you understand the 3 options available if you give at least 7 days notice
you understand the satisfaction guarantee applies only if you attend
you agree to these terms in full.
