Terms & Conditions

Plain English. Nothing hidden. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll talk it through.

Last updated 18 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all services delivered by Infinity Personal Training Ltd trading as Infinity ("Infinity", "we", "us").

By booking, enrolling in, or participating in any Infinity service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

01Services Provided

Infinity provides structured coaching services including but not limited to:

  • Health MOT assessments
  • Short-term coaching programmes (e.g. Infinity Kickstart, 28-Day Experience)
  • Fixed-term coaching programmes (e.g. 90-Day Accelerator)
  • Long-term coaching programmes (e.g. 12-Month Coaching Programme)
  • Ongoing coaching memberships
  • Group and individual training sessions
  • Workshops and one-off events (e.g. Mobility Workshop)
  • Educational support and community resources.

Each programme may have additional programme-specific terms which form part of this agreement.

02Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Individuals aged 16 to 17 may participate only with written parental consent.

Infinity reserves the right to refuse service where participation may present an unreasonable health or safety risk.

03Health & Medical Declaration

By participating in Infinity services you confirm that:

  • you are physically capable of participating in exercise
  • you have disclosed any relevant injuries or medical conditions
  • you will follow coach instructions
  • you will stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unsafe.

Infinity services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Health MOT and all other assessments are designed to support coaching decisions and are not a substitute for medical consultation.

04Personal Responsibility

Members agree to:

  • follow coach instructions
  • use equipment safely
  • respect staff and other members
  • behave appropriately within the facility.

Infinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where behaviour is abusive, unsafe or disruptive.

No refunds will be issued where participation is ended due to misconduct.

05Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where Infinity is negligent.

However you accept responsibility for increased risk where:

  • instructions are ignored
  • movements are performed against advice
  • training occurs outside supervised sessions.

Exercise carries inherent risks and participation is voluntary.

06Booking & Use of Services

Sessions must be booked using Infinity's booking system.

Booking a session reserves a limited coaching space within that session.

Missed sessions, late cancellations or non-attendance do not extend programme duration or reduce payment obligations.

Infinity may adjust session availability, instructors or scheduling where operationally necessary.

07Programme Structure

Infinity programmes may include:

  • coached training sessions
  • programme design and progression
  • coaching reviews
  • education and habit support
  • access to facilities during scheduled sessions.

Completion of one programme does not automatically enrol a client into another programme or membership.

Any continuation will only occur once the client has received programme details and confirmed their agreement.

08Capacity Reservation

Infinity programmes operate with limited coaching capacity.

When enrolling in a programme or membership, a space is reserved within the Infinity coaching schedule.

This capacity is allocated specifically to the client and may not always be reassigned if the client chooses not to attend.

For this reason, programme fees remain payable even if participation stops after the programme has commenced.

09Payment Terms

Members remain responsible for all payments agreed at enrolment.

Payments may be made by:

  • upfront payment
  • instalment plans
  • recurring card payments
  • Direct Debit.

Where instalments are used, they represent a payment method only and do not alter the contractual duration of a programme.

Cancelling a payment method does not cancel the contractual agreement.

10Payment Authorisation

Where payments are made by recurring card payment or Direct Debit, you authorise Infinity Personal Training Ltd to collect payments in accordance with the agreed programme or membership terms.

Cancelling a payment instruction through your bank does not cancel your agreement with Infinity.

Cancellation must follow the process described in Section 13.

11Fixed-Term Programmes

Programmes such as:

  • Infinity Kickstart (7 days)
  • 28-Day Experience
  • 90-Day Accelerator
  • 12-Month Coaching Programme

are fixed-term coaching programmes.

Once the programme has commenced:

  • programme fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • cancellation ends participation but does not cancel the payment obligation.

Programme duration continues regardless of attendance.

Participation requirements and programme-specific conditions are detailed in the relevant programme agreement.

12Ongoing Memberships

Where clients continue training beyond a fixed-term programme, participation may continue through an ongoing membership.

Ongoing memberships operate on a monthly rolling basis unless otherwise stated.

Memberships remain active until cancelled.

13Membership Cancellation

Cancellation of an ongoing membership requires 60 days written notice.

Notice must be submitted by email to [email protected].

The notice period begins on the date the cancellation request is received.

During the notice period:

  • membership access remains active
  • any scheduled payments remain payable.

Members may continue to use Infinity services during this period.

14Cancellation Process

To ensure clarity and fairness, cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Verbal cancellations or messages provided to coaches or staff do not constitute formal notice.

Infinity will confirm receipt of cancellation requests in writing.

15Exceptional Cancellation

Early cancellation may be considered in exceptional circumstances including:

  • relocation more than 15 miles away
  • medical conditions preventing safe participation.

Supporting documentation may be required.

Infinity will review such requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

16Membership Holds

Holds are not a standard membership feature. Infinity may, at its discretion, agree to place an ongoing membership on hold at a member's request.

Where a hold is granted:

  • it is normally for up to 2 months, followed by a review with the member
  • sessions cannot be booked during the hold
  • access to the Infinity Skool community and WhatsApp group continues
  • the membership remains in place. A hold pauses your access, not your agreement.
Holds and cancellation. A hold does not shorten, pause or replace the 60 days written notice required to cancel (Section 13). If you give notice to cancel while on hold, the notice period runs from the date we receive it, and the full membership fee is payable for those 60 days. Cancellation is confirmed to you in writing so there is never any doubt about dates.

Where continued participation is medically unsafe, we may agree a longer hold. Supporting evidence may be requested.

17Digital Notes, Video & Data

Infinity may collect:

  • session notes
  • movement videos
  • progress data
  • optional photographs for progress tracking.

These are stored securely and used only for coaching, education and service delivery.

No identifiable media will be used for marketing without explicit written consent.

Infinity complies with UK GDPR regulations.

18Marketing Consent

From time to time Infinity may ask permission to use client testimonials, images or progress stories for educational or marketing purposes.

This is always optional and refusal will not affect participation in any programme.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

19Behaviour & Conduct

Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other members.

Infinity reserves the right to end participation where behaviour is:

  • abusive
  • unsafe
  • threatening
  • inappropriate.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

20Changes to Terms

Infinity may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time for legal, safety or operational reasons.

Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, reasonable notice will be provided. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

21Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

22Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Infinity service you confirm that:

  • you understand the structure of Infinity programmes
  • you understand the payment obligations associated with programmes and memberships
  • you understand that ongoing memberships require 60 days written notice to cancel
  • you understand that a membership hold does not shorten that notice period
  • you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
