Once you have signed up to our 90 Day Programme a coach will take you through a Health MOT to assess your starting point, they'll talk through your goals and then we'll build your personal plan to help you achieve the best results in just 90 days.
You’re free to choose. What often happens is our members come for the results but find so much more. We hope the same for you, if that's the case we'll sit down with you and set some new goals and continue to work with you to achieve big and better results.
Our coaches understand the unique needs of our members, they will personalise and adapt your training to suit your needs and ability. Before you start a coach assess your starting point during your Health MOT. We've trained ladies from all different backgrounds from those with niggles and injuries, to joint replacements and more.
Yes, if you do the things we ask, attend your sessions consistently, follow our support and check-in with the team but for some reason you see zero results in 12 weeks we will give you 100% of your money back. What have you got to lose?
