Karen is a 49-year-old health and social care professional from the UK who came to Infinity feeling unsure and disconnected from typical gym environments.
The Challenge
Before joining Infinity, Karen had been to many gyms over the years — but never stuck with them. She found the usual gym experience isolating and unmotivating.
She craved something different: a place where she wouldn’t be left to her own devices, where support came not just from coaches but from the people training alongside her.
Why She Nearly Didn't Start
Like many people, Karen was sceptical.
She wasn’t sure if Infinity would be any different to the other gyms she’d tried — or if she’d actually commit this time.
